Popcorn, cotton candy and snow cones turn a good party into an event. We rent concession machines throughout Dallas for school carnivals, church festivals, birthday parties, grand openings and office celebrations, and every machine goes out with a supply kit and simple instructions.
Concession Machines We Rent
- Popcorn machines with kettle corn kits, scoops and serving bags
- Cotton candy machines with floss sugar in multiple flavors and paper cones
- Snow cone and shaved ice machines with syrup pumps and cups
- Frozen drink and margarita machines for adult gatherings
- Hot dog rollers and nacho cheese warmers for game day and field day
Supply Kits and Serving Counts
Supply kits are sold by the number of servings, so you only pay for what your guest list needs. A 50 serving kit covers a typical backyard birthday, while school and church events usually start at 100 to 200 servings. Extra supplies can be added right up to delivery day.
Power and Table Requirements
Most machines run on a standard household outlet, but avoid putting two machines on the same circuit. Each unit needs a sturdy table at counter height, and cotton candy and snow cone machines are best kept out of direct wind so the product stays where it belongs.
Concession Machine Rental Dallas: FAQs
Which concession machines are most popular?
Popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone machines are the top picks for school carnivals, church festivals, birthday parties and corporate picnics in Dallas–Fort Worth.
Do concession machines need special power?
Most machines run on a standard 110V outlet on a dedicated circuit. For outdoor events, plan a heavy-duty extension cord or a generator and a sturdy table under each machine.
Can I add concessions to a bigger rental order?
Yes. Many customers combine concession machines with tables and chairs and tents. Delivery is $50 for the first 10 miles from our Lewisville warehouse plus $1 per additional mile, and customer pickup is available with a $50 deposit. Call 469-909-0360 to reserve.
