Shade is not optional at a Texas event. We rent frame tents, pole tents and pop-up canopies across Dallas for backyard receptions, graduation parties, church festivals, vendor markets and corporate picnics, and we install every tent on site.
Tent and Canopy Sizes
- 10×10 pop-up canopies for vendor booths, food tables and check-in stations
- 10×20 and 20×20 frame tents for backyard parties of 20 to 40 guests
- 20×40 frame tents that seat roughly 80 guests at round tables
- Larger pole tents for weddings, quinceaneras and company events
- Sidewalls, string lighting, fans and flooring as add-ons [CONFIRM: available add-ons]
How Much Tent Do You Need?
A good rule of thumb is 10 square feet per guest for seated dining at round tables, 8 square feet for rows of chairs, and 6 square feet for a standing cocktail layout. Tell us your guest count and whether you need room for a buffet, dance floor or stage, and we will size the tent for you.
Installation, Permits and Surfaces
Tents stake into grass or use water barrels and weights on concrete. Some Dallas parks and venues require a permit, a certificate of insurance or a flame-retardancy certificate for tents above a certain size, and we can provide documentation for your application. [CONFIRM: permit support and lead time]
