How Much Tent Do You Need?
A good rule of thumb is 10 square feet per guest for seated dining at round tables, 8 square feet for rows of chairs, and 6 square feet for a standing cocktail layout. Tell us your guest count and whether you need room for a buffet, dance floor or stage, and we will size the tent for you.
Installation, Permits and Surfaces
Tents stake into grass or use water barrels and weights on concrete. Some Dallas parks and venues require a permit, a certificate of insurance or a flame-retardancy certificate for tents above a certain size, and we can provide documentation for your application.

How far ahead should I book a tent rental in Dallas?
For spring and fall weekends, book four to eight weeks ahead. Wedding season and graduation weekends fill up first, so reserve your tent as soon as you have a date and a guest count.
Do you deliver and install tents across DFW?
Yes. Our crew delivers, stakes or weights and takes down tents in Dallas, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Prosper, Allen and nearby cities. Delivery is $50 for the first 10 miles from our Lewisville warehouse plus $1 per additional mile, and customer pickup is available with a $50 deposit. See our delivery areas for the full list.
