Answers to the questions Dallas customers ask us most often about booking, delivery, pricing and weather. If you do not see your question here, call [PHONE] and we will walk you through it.
How far in advance should I book my party rentals?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most backyard parties. Spring and early summer weekends, graduation season and holiday weekends book out much earlier, so reach out as soon as you have a date. Last-minute orders are worth a call because cancellations do open up.
How much do party rentals cost in Dallas?
Pricing depends on the equipment, the length of the rental and your delivery address. [CONFIRM: add real starting prices here, for example bounce houses from $X, water slides from $X, tents from $X, tables and chairs per unit.] Every quote we send is itemized, so you can see delivery and add-ons separately.
Is a deposit required?
[CONFIRM: deposit amount, when the balance is due, and accepted payment methods.]
How long is a standard rental period?
[CONFIRM: standard rental window, for example 4 hours, 8 hours or all day, plus overnight and multi-day options.]
Do you set up and take down the equipment?
Yes. Our crew delivers, installs, anchors and tests every item, walks you through safe operation, and returns at the end of your window to tear down and haul everything out. You never have to wrestle with a blower or a tent pole.
What happens if it rains on my event date?
North Texas weather changes fast. Inflatables cannot be used safely in sustained high winds, heavy rain or lightning. [CONFIRM: rain policy, reschedule window, refund or credit terms and cutoff time for cancelling.]
What surfaces can you set up on?
Level grass is ideal because inflatables can be staked. We also set up on concrete, asphalt, turf and indoor gym or hall floors using sandbags. We cannot set up on gravel, rock, mulch or steep slopes.
Do you deliver to parks and school campuses?
Yes, and we do it often. Public parks usually require a permit and a certificate of insurance, and many have no electrical outlets, so a generator is needed. Let us know the park or campus name and we will tell you exactly what is required.
Are the inflatables cleaned between rentals?
Every unit is swept, washed, sanitized and inspected for seam and blower issues before it goes back on the truck. Anything that fails inspection comes out of service until it is repaired.
